OZARK SURVIVAL SUPPLY SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 days for handling and shipping. We will try to ship as soon as possible, but we are going to be doing shipments on Tuesdays and Fridays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If it arrived broken, it will be replaced. If the item breaks during use, please consult manufacturer to see if they have a warranty, most will. If there is no manufacturer warranty, then let us know about the item and we'll go from there, we'll ask that the item be returned and give it a look over to see if it was damaged from misuse or neglect. If it was not damaged from misuse or neglect, then we'll refund or replace the item.
